Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to understand people-related business problems, and gathering relevant people data to analyze
  • Utilize appropriate data analytics methodologies to support clients on various reporting needs
  • Support clients on designing strategy models that explain or predicting outcomes related to hiring, productivity, engagement, and attritions well as Performance manager, Succession Planning, etc.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations with rich data visualizations and meaningful business insights and conclusions
  • Data-driven and highly analytical, you can translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations and stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making within HR and with executives and leaders across the business
  • You are able to align research priorities with business priorities and take a customer-focused mindset in working with clients and vendors
  • Leverage academic expertise and knowledge of the HR industry and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges
  • Exercise traits of adaptability and good judgment to support organizational agility
  • Be a constant learner, active listener, and teacher to advance data science, people analytics, and our organization

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years managing projects, preferably in HR, HRIS or Payroll, or related areas.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (verbal and written), organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as, presentation skills
  • Basic, Intermediate and/or Proficiant French Canadian Speaking, Writing and Conversationalist (Must have professional writing skills level)
  • Experience in research design, visualization techniques, and analysis approaches in which you manage and analyze both structured and unstructured data
  • Experience with tools and languages such as advanced Excel (Power Query), Power BI, SQL, R, Python, and IBM Cognos Analytics, Infomatica
  • Understanding of the external people analytics landscape and trends
  • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Solid project management skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Detail oriented and possess a desire for quality
  • Experience in managing distributed team members, as well as, work in a team environment
