ABOUT THE POSITION
As Truvani's Junior eCommerce Data Analyst, you will leverage analytics platforms and backend eCommerce data to conduct ongoing analysis, draw insights, and report findings to help drive digital business growth. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and an ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. This requires someone with extensive experience in online, consumer-facing properties with a deep understanding of analytics, SQL, and Excel.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Be in charge of manually updating reports for overall Direct to Consumer results, as well as reports for new customer acquisition, internal promotions, re-purchase rate, and lifetime value.
  • Report to the VP of e-Commerce, giving opportunities of website and advertising improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction and related consumer driven metrics.
  • Work with internal teams to advance key reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics reporting dashboards, highlighting key insights and areas of importance in accordance with business goals.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
  • Updating google sheets with metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from exported Excel sheets, as well as Advertising Platforms, Analytics Platforms, and backend Shopify.
  • Meet with the VP of e-Commerce on a weekly basis
  • Manage our Analytics Pipeline
  • Build custom dashboards using our Analytics Tech Stack

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
  • All reports updated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Align customer focused insights to business needs aimed at increasing Truvani's primary and secondary KPIs
  • Continuously adapt, learn, identify growth opportunities, and reposition teams and capabilities to better serve our customers and create measurable business value
  • Over time, automating reports and focusing more on actionable insight.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-5+ years
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
  • Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, and SPINS Data
  • Experience working with Airbyte, PosgreSQL, and Metabase
  • Years of Excel and SQL experience
  • Have an understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards
  • Be able to translate data analysis into business recommendations
