Product Manager, E-commerce

As a Product Manager on Fiserv's Gift and Stored Value team, you'll own products that power gift cards, prepaid accounts, and loyalty experiences at scale. You'll lead strategy and execution end to end, working closely with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver customerfocused solutions in a fastpaced fintech environment.

What You'll Do

  • Set the Direction: Define and own the product vision and roadmap, managing the full lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.

  • Lead Through Influence: Partner crossfunctionally with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, and Sales to deliver highquality enhancements on time.

  • Put Customers First: Translate client feedback, market trends, and data into prioritized features that drive engagement and value.

  • Deliver with Agility: Manage backlogs and sprints using Agile practices to iterate quickly and ship meaningful improvements.

  • Use Data to Decide: Track adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction to guide roadmap and feature decisions.

  • Launch with Impact: Support gotomarket efforts with strong launch plans, enablement, and postrelease feedback loops.

  • Be the Expert: Stay current on payments, stored value, and loyalty trends, representing the product internally and with clients.

What You Need to Have:

  • 5 years of product management experience delivering digital products end to end (fintech, payments, or eCommerce preferred).

  • Strong Agile experience and comfort working closely with engineering teams.

  • A datadriven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative working style.

  • A selfstarter attitude with a passion for building customercentric products.

What is Nice to Have:

  • Experience with stored value, loyalty, payments, or SaaS platforms.

  • Ability to engage in technical discussions around APIs and integrations.

  • Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and usability testing.

  • Interest in emerging fintech and commerce trends.

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
