Job description

Job Summary:
Sunbelt Rentals is a leading company in the equipment rental industry, focused on providing exceptional service and a comprehensive equipment offering. The Digital Product Manager will play a critical role in enhancing customer experiences and driving eCommerce revenue through effective product management.
Responsibilities:
• Steer the delivery of key customer-facing experiences and features across applications, platforms and experiences for the Sunbelt Rentals brand.
• Lead the product management discipline by defining value creation and championing the customer in all facets of the product development lifecycle.
• Increase overall eCommerce revenue generation by optimizing online shopping and buying experiences in the rental service sector.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Design, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in digital product or experience management, developing strategy, roadmaps and businesses cases
• 3 years of working with internal creative and engineering teams or external development partners
• 3+ years in managing eCommerce solutions with experience in either Direct-to-Consumer or Business-to-Business models
• User-centered product development practices
• Agile methodology and development practices including Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, etc.
• Jira and Confluence for product user stories and agile development
• Leading digital product development throughout all phases of the product lifecycle
• Track record of successfully translating business-to-technical requirements
• Identifying and solving real consumer and business problems, and proven ability to prioritize high value opportunities to deliver to market
• Using data and qualitative insights to create exceptional digital experiences
• Web and mobile product technologies and user experience best practices
• Working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies and suppliers
Preferred:
• Rental, Logistics, Retail or Supply Chain industry experience
