Job description

About Us:

JUS Commerce is a premier, design-forward independent digital retail network based right here in Texas. Operating as a specialized division of JUS Official Services, we have completely shattered the old, high-cost e-commerce infrastructure models to give independent entrepreneurs a direct path to financial freedom. Traditional retail models force you to invest thousands of dollars upfront in physical inventory, pay for expensive custom website design developers, and spend months dealing with state-level sales tax registrations and corporate accounting headaches. At JUS Commerce, we provide the turnkey corporate backing and high-end design infrastructure so you can skip the corporate bottlenecks and get straight to operating.

Position Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented, autonomous E-Commerce Product Listing Associates to manage and scale digital retail storefront pipelines under the JUS corporate umbrella. Utilizing our unified business banking rails, pre-vetted marketplace portals, and automated regional sales tax tracking networks, you will be responsible for uploading product catalogs, tracking fulfillment, and optimizing online inventory lists. You act entirely as your own business entity, choosing your own hours, your own budget, and your own path to retail success.

Core Responsibilities:

* Manage product catalog curation, design uploads, and text descriptions on your designated e-commerce channels.

* Monitor incoming buyer trends and utilize our automated shipping label generation engine to coordinate fulfillment.

* Maintain daily inventory tracking and log status updates inside your secure sub-vendor dashboard.

* Enforce quality and copyright safety compliance across your active product lines.

* Track digital portfolio sales performance on a bi-weekly cycle alongside JUS accounting teams.

Qualifications:

* High attention to detail with basic data entry, text formatting, or digital catalog listing skills.

* Strong organizational skills to manage fulfillment alerts and coordinate customer data forms.

* Ability to work independently with an autonomous, self-starting mindset.

* Access to a reliable computer or laptop, a secure internet connection, and a smartphone for SMS sales tracking.

* No previous retail or coding experience is required; we provide a fully integrated entry-level onboarding package to get you live on day one.

Infrastructure Requirements:

Please note that all positions are structured as 1099 Independent Contractors managing their own digital micro-stores under our master network umbrella. Selected candidates are responsible for a minor, tiered upfront startup software fee at checkout to cover their first month's master tracking seat, sub-vendor dashboard configuration, automated label integration, and entry-level compliance setup. Standard packages include instant authorization to operate across our primary domestic marketplaces, with advanced tiers unlocking unlimited listings, pro-rated bulk overrides, and custom script integrations.
