Job description

Beanie-Trendify is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist to execute our digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, influencer marketing, and other online sales channels.
This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy leadership position.
You will work closely with our management team and marketing advisor, who will provide overall strategy, priorities, and growth direction. Your responsibility is to turn those strategies into action and ensure projects are executed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing the work directly — creating content, editing videos, reaching out to influencers, managing product listings, setting up campaigns, monitoring paid ads, reviewing performance data, and continuously improving execution.
Core Responsibilities
• Execute weekly and monthly marketing plans based on the company's growth strategy
• Manage day-to-day TikTok, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and other social channels
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish social media content
• Create graphics, short-form videos, product creatives, and promotional materials
• Research and reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliates
• Manage influencer communications, product seeding, follow-ups, and campaign tracking
• Build and maintain a consistent creator/UGC pipeline
• Create and optimize e-commerce product listings, descriptions, images, and promotions
• Support Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shop, and other relevant e-commerce channels
• Set up and execute Meta and TikTok paid advertising campaigns based on established strategy
• Monitor campaign performance, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion, and revenue
• Conduct creative, audience, and campaign testing
• Prepare weekly performance updates and identify execution issues or opportunities
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, social content, influencers, and paid advertising
• Ensure projects and campaigns are completed according to agreed timelines
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a strong executor and problem solver.
You should be someone who can receive a strategy or objective and independently figure out how to execute it.
For example, if the goal is to promote a new product, you should be comfortable handling the execution across the entire workflow:
Product Listing → Content Creation → Influencer Outreach → Social Posting → Paid Ads → Performance Tracking → Optimization
You do not need to be a senior marketing strategist, but you should understand how these channels work and be able to operate them independently.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles, fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
• Experience creating social content and short-form video
• Experience with influencer/creator outreach
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads
• E-commerce product listing experience
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative tools
• Shopify and/or TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and project execution skills
• Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is not measured by how many strategies or ideas you present.
It is measured by how well you execute.
You consistently turn marketing plans into completed campaigns, maintain strong execution across social and e-commerce channels, build creator relationships, launch and monitor paid campaigns, keep product listings optimized, and use performance data to improve results.
Performance bonuses will be tied to agreed-upon marketing and e-commerce KPIs.
This role offers an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the day-to-day digital growth execution of an established consumer brand while working directly with experienced management and marketing advisors.
