Job description

Position Summary:
The Product Listing Specialist is responsible for the identification, photographing and listing of inventory to be sold via online sales channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
  • Create and maintain accurate, detailed, and optimized product listings across marketplaces and sales channels.
  • Research products, specifications, and market information to develop comprehensive and compelling listings.
  • Ensure listing accuracy, including product descriptions, condition details, specifications, pricing information, and categorization.
  • Manage and update inventory records within KR Automation's inventory management systems.
  • Capture, edit, and organize high-quality product photographs to support online listings.
  • Monitor listing quality and consistency to maintain company standards and enhance customer experience.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and performance goals established by management.
  • Assist with inventory organization, product identification, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ECommerce experience preferred 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods while performing computer-based tasks.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and position oneself as needed to photograph products from various angles.
  • Frequently climb ladders or use elevated platforms to access and organize inventory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Frequently lift, carry, move, and position inventory items and containers weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to visually inspect products, identify part numbers, and review listing information with precision.
  • Ability to work efficiently in both office and warehouse environments.
