The B2B eCommerce and AI Enablement Leader is the liaison between Dematic's customers, the LSS parts organization, and IT business and development partners to drive market adaptation of our ecommerce and digital platforms, with a primary focus on revenue generation and an improved customer experience. The successful candidate has functional experience in the business aspect of B2B digital marketing, eCommerce and Artificial Intelligence with a proficient technical background and strong focus on customer experience.We offer:

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $124k to $182k salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What You Will Do in This Role
  • Formulate and put into action an elaborate B2B eCommerce and AI blueprint: Explore opportunities for incorporating AI to enhance online sales, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness in the B2B realm.

  • Take charge of the digital revolution in B2B commerce by supervising the incorporation of AI solutions in the B2B eCommerce environment, including online product selection, quoting, order management, and customer service.

  • Elevate customer satisfaction: Implement AI to personalize product recommendations, streamline the buying process, and offer customized parts choices for individual B2B clients.

  • Improve operations: Deploy predictive analytics for inventory management, demand forecasting, and intelligent order routing to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Drive profitable business growth: Leverage AI to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and shorten the quote-to-cash process.

  • Taking charge of data and technology requirements: Gather and rank needs for technology and data. Collaborate with development teams to launch products. Guarantee smooth integration of AI solutions with current B2B systems such as ERP, CRM, and warehouse management systems.

  • Develop and manage a successful team: Recruit, support, and grow a team of eCommerce and AI enthusiasts, promoting a culture of ingenuity and partnership.

  • Guide Dematic to excel by managing AI and eCommerce tech, analyzing impacts, and proposing strategies for a competitive edge.

What We are Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related subject area, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in B2B eCommerce management and strategy, 5+ years preferred.

  • SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) preferred.

  • Familiarity with the material handling sector is advantageous.

  • Profound grasp of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning principles and implementations within the B2B realm.

  • Proven record of driving digital transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Impressive leadership, communication, and teamwork capabilities in managing teams efficiently and engaging with partners from diverse departments.

  • Familiarity with B2B eCommerce platforms and related technologies.

  • Travel as per business needs, estimated up to 30% of the time.
