Franchise Business Consultant

SYNERGY HomeCare is quickly growing and is looking to add a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Business Consultant to our team. The Franchise Business Consultant is primarily responsible for driving revenue growth and providing consultative guidance to Franchisees with regard to profitability, business analysis, unit sales, unit marketing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide structured feedback and effective coaching and counseling regarding all operational performance and developmental needs in an effort to drive revenue and profitability.
• Conduct ongoing business planning and site visits as applicable to ensure the execution of action items to achieve established revenue goals.
• Deliver targeted training regarding key operational competencies (i.e. sales, management, and care delivery).
• Support communication of company objectives and promote feedback.
• Attend meetings, scheduled conference calls, Synergy University training, and our Annual Franchise Meeting in Phoenix, AZ area, or another designated city.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to read and interpret P&Ls, Income Statements, and other financial reporting tools.
• Proven ability and experience to consult with and influence business owners and leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide training to small groups.
• Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically in many different types of situations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Franchise or home care experience preferred.
• Travel up to 30-40%.
