Hardware Project Coordinator

Tailored Management is seeking a Program Manager to work onsite at our client's Menlo Park, CA campus on a contract basis. RESPONSIBILITIES:

● The Project Coordinator candidate will perform consistent and accurate entry of written

and electronic data into various client systems. Additionally, they will provide assistance

to Technical Program Manager on status of projects and information regarding data

requirements.

● Collaborative prioritization with Technical Program Manager Team

● Collect requirements and assigning tasks

● Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities

● Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers, Communicate

with stakeholders

● Develop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at hand

● Track and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assurance

● Create, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards and metrics

● Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and

communicating potential issues with plan executions

● Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project

tasks are executed on time • Point of contact for stakeholders which may include both

internal and external customers

● Business reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to: PO's,

inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook or equivalent softwares

● Ability to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partners

● Sound analytical and problem solving skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Has a tracker record of planning/buying/production planning

● Has experience working within Consumer Electronics or retail distribution environment

industry (has worked in a space that deals with customers)

● Ability keep up in a fast paced dynamic environment

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree OR 3-5 years' industry experience
