General Responsibilities:

• Maintain student-like mentality and positive disposition both 1:1 and on a team during our daily sales training.

• Proactive about always improving sales performance by networking with peers, management and studying training materials provided.

• Welcome customers inside retailers and help problem-solve their current tv provider service plan by looking for areas of improvement- Overpaying, poor quality of product service, missing features, etc.

• Deliver engaging, yet informative presentations.

• Qualify customers for new products & services by performing a credit check.

• Complete sales transactions, schedule a new service installation date.
