Funeral Director

O'Connell Funeral Homes in Hudson and Baldwin, WI is seeking a funeral director to fill an open position. Being a family owned and operated firm, each director on our team plays a vital role in many aspects of the business. We take pride in walking closely with each family that we serve and unlike many funeral homes in the area, each director handles a wide range of tasks - from prep room duties, to pre-arrangements and designing monuments, to memorial products and services, to community activities and sales. No day will truly be like the last at O'Connells and the breadth of knowledge and experience you gain here will far surpass any other!

This position is full time with a competitive salary, amazing PTO and time off compensations, along with health, dental, and eye benefits, IRA-matched contributions, clothing and phone allowances, and paid licenses and CEU costs. Our in-office schedule is M-F 8:30-5, which includes 1 night per week solo on-call time and every third weekend on-call paired with another director (so can have flexibility with need and demands). We also have our own on-site crematory and each of our directors are dual licensed in both MN and WI.
