Project Coordinator - Entertainment, Streaming applications, Jira exp

MW Partners is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.​

To be considered for this role, you must have and Entertainment background (TV, Film, Streaming, Studio) and have worked with streaming applications such as Hulu and Netflix. In addition, you will have Jira experience.

Responsibilities and duties:

• In your capacity as the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing up to date calendars and scheduling for ongoing projects.
• You will track benchmarks and deadlines, make sure creatives have requirements and info needed to complete tasks.
• You will assist the Project Manager in the oversight of large campaigns across platforms created in design and editorial.
• An ongoing analysis may be requested of man hours, resources and lists of requests so that the team can be more efficient.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Project Management systems such as Asana or Jira.
• Entertainment background (TV, Film, Streaming, Studio).
• Management of external resources.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Great organizational and project management skills.
• Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment while staying diplomatic.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Self-starter, motivated and proactive.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, people-oriented team player.
• A sense of urgency and a strong efficient work ethic.
• Able to adapt quickly to daily changes, requests and challenges.
