Job Description

Great opportunity for a Fine Dining General Manager to create the personality and structure of a chef-driven steakhouse with a waterfront view.

Responsibilities of the General Manager

Hiring and training of your professional staff.
Review financial information, monitor budgets, and ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within limitations, take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
Conduct management meetings
Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
Implement policies and procedures.
Partner with Executive Chef for the culinary program.
Maintain the system of internal controls.

Requirements of the General Manager

Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale restaurant
A genuine passion for hospitality and an upbeat fun personality
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standard
