Job Description

Great opportunity for a Fine Dining General Manager to create the personality and structure of a chef-driven steakhouse with a waterfront view.

Responsibilities of the General Manager

  • Hiring and training of your professional staff.
  • Review financial information, monitor budgets, and ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within limitations, take action to correct any deviations from the budget.
  • Conduct management meetings
  • Responsible for daily shift responsibilities.
  • Implement policies and procedures.
  • Partner with Executive Chef for the culinary program.
  • Maintain the system of internal controls.

Requirements of the General Manager

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale restaurant
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and an upbeat fun personality
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standard
