Overview of the Accounting and Sales Operations Coordinator / Admin role:
- Processes incoming purchase orders, answering any questions, making product suggestions, and receiving orders
- Submit purchase orders to vendors and manage interactions with vendors and confirming accurate pricing
- Assist Sales Team with order entry, adjustments, and corrections
- Manage email order inbox, track urgent requests, and address any issues in the sales cycle
- Maintain customer, vendor, purchase order and sales order records
- Assist with customer statements/reports, inventory tasks and sales commission reporting
- Work with accounting and ownership to ensure accuracy of data and achievement of company goals
- General office management responsibilities including supply orders, coordinating office maintenance, and any ad hoc office projects
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting and Sales Operations Coordinator / Admin Opportunity:
· Detailed, organized, and a positive teamwork attitude and a learning mindset
· Enjoys offering great customer service, welcomes interruptions cheerfully, and is self-motivated
· Experienced working across multiple departments
· Comfortable with technology – will be working across several systems
