Integration Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

This position will have successful Healthcare Implementation experience with the ability to come up to speed quickly; experience working with both claims and clinical data in varying formats,  appropriately identifying customer needs and goals in order to aid them in reaching success using our Population Health Management product.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain successful relationships with Customers to better understand claims and clinical interface and validation needs
• Provide expertise on receiving data from disparate sources
• Work cross functionally within the company to meet interface mapping and validation needs
• Perform risk management pertaining to interfaces to maximize client implementation success
• Track any/all open interface issues, working internally with claims and clinical development resources
• Actively work with all Customer and Lightbeam project team members to resolve open interface implementation items
• Monitor ongoing and report on regular data transmission for errors or issues (did it get staged, get into UI) communicate to Customer
• Report and escalate support issues as appropriate to Management
• Ensure Interfaces are completed within agreed upon project schedule timelines provided by Operations
• Review validation reports and address any discrepancies with the Customer

QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proven working experience in interface implementation and/or working with claims/clinical data within the Healthcare Industry
• Payor/Provider Background preferred
• Knowledge of value-based care, population health a plus
• Accustomed to Customer-facing roles
• Ability to speak to all levels within an organization
• Outstanding communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to embrace change and company growth
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing relationships with Customers technical and analytical team members
