Pay

• $25.00-$33.00 per hour
• Monthly bonus of3%-7% of revenue based on average ticket
• Sign On Bonus of $2,500.00

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues in residential settings and work collaboratively with homeowners to understand their concerns.
• Build and present options to homeowners, explaining the available solutions and providing accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct necessary repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
• Complete required paperwork, including work orders, service reports, and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude throughout the service process.
• Provide clear explanations and demonstrate completed work to customers, ensuring they understand the repairs and improvements made.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving the customer's property in the same or better condition than when the job started.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for both yourself and the homeowners.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

• At least1 yearof industry experience required!
• Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools commonly used in plumbing work
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as pressure gauges and leak detectors to assess plumbing system performance
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality workmanship
• Prior experience in service plumbing or new construction plumbing is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
• Understanding of plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance techniques
• Valid driver's license and clean driving recordto travel to job sites and provide plumbing services
• Drug-free, including the ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests
• Clean background check with no record of criminal activity related to the position
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor, refraining from the use of foul language
• Non-smokers are preferred, but vaping is acceptable as per company policy
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
