eCommerce Merchandising Manager
The eCommerce Merchandising Manager will plan and execute the eCommerce product strategy for Ripple Junction’s business across marketplaces. This person will align retailer growth, license, and product strategies across the cross functional teams then implements a go to market strategy that aligns and advances our eCommerce business. Strong attention to detail and quality are required with working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the go to market product plans for new and existing products for license events, seasonal events, and general merchandising efforts.
  • Create, enhance, and merchandise online apparel and accessories across marketplaces leading to strong conversion.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to deliver cohesive product launches and promotions across marketing and discoverability toolsets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches including securing creative assets / copy details, and retail content.
  • Establish and optimize cross-functional workflow for requesting, creating, editing, approving, publishing, and retiring content.
  • Develop KPIs and analytics to review product performance understanding when and where to react to merchandising needs achieving sales goals.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance recaps.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated excellence in eCommerce marketplace experience
  • Experience in content, merchandising and SEO strategies leading to increased conversion and ROI
  • A high sense of urgency and strong attention to detail in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusion and action to drive sales
