Job Description Summary:
The E-Commerce Lead is responsible for end-to-end management and optimization of the brand's official website and online sales operations. This includes ownership of product presentation, site performance, digital merchandising, and customer-facing e-commerce functions. The role ensures a seamless online shopping experience that drives conversion, supports brand positioning, and maximizes online revenue. Also we are expecting a highly creative and execution-driven Content Creator to lead short-form video production across TikTok and Instagram, while actively engaging with our community and shaping early-stage customer experience.
This role is not just about operation and content creating - it sits at the intersection of content, community, and conversion, turning attention into engagement and ultimately into purchase intent.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations of the brand website, including product listings, content, pricing, and inventory alignment
  • Ensure accurate and timely product information through close partnership with Product Development and internal teams
  • Lead PDP execution, driving content quality and ongoing conversion optimization
  • Drive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and traffic
  • Own and optimize the Shopify platform, including backend management, integrations, and site performance
  • Oversee customer inquiries to ensure a responsive, brand-aligned experience
  • Manage membership and CRM operations, including user accounts and loyalty programs
  • Execute online-exclusive launches and digital campaigns
  • Analyze site performance and implement actions to improve conversion, sales, and user experience
  • Partner with Brand Experience Marketing on promotions and launches; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
  • Plan, create, and publish daily short-form content (TikTok, Reels)
  • Develop UGC-style content, product demos, and trend-based videos
  • Identify and execute viral content formats relevant to beauty audiences
  • Manage creator collaborations and UGC sourcing
  • Engage with comments, DMs, and community conversations (CX touchpoint)
  • Translate customer feedback into content ideas and product insights
  • Support in-person events, activations, and content capture
  • Collaborate with Growth team to align content with conversion strategy
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail management
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including site management, product setup, and app ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of website CMS, product merchandising, and online retail workflows
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and performance optimization
  • Experience managing PDP content and driving conversion optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM, membership systems, and customer service operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • 2-5 years experience in TikTok / social content creation (beauty preferred)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and content formats
  • Ability to shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos independently
  • Deep understanding of Gen Z / beauty consumer behavior

The anticipated compensation range is
