Team Member –

Our Wetzels Food Truck is now hiring Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you’ll be a part of a community that thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall operations and profits within the bakery.
• Build store sales performance through positive community/guest relations, administers local marketing programs, and execution of brand standards.
• Serve customers and make products (pretzels, hot dogs, lemonade) to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Act on opportunities to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
• Create and sustain a highly productive store environment.
• Must be customer service oriented and excited about working in a food service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills as well as being someone who is team oriented, works well with crew members and managers
• A Strong desire to grow personally and a great smile is a must.

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability
• Part-time up to 30 hours per week
• Follow operational and customer service procedures
• Support store marketing efforts when working with customers
• Control costs by following procedures
• Ability to handle cash and sanitation controls
• Computer literacy (ability to be taught how to use a cash register)
• Various other duties as assigned
