• Ensures the smooth and effective operation of the warehouse, through the efficient inbound and outbound movement of product and materials.
• Receives incoming ingredients and packaging materials by safely receiving all inbound shipments into our ERP system, recording ingredients/materials received and identifying what was incorrect, and processing related paperwork accurately.
• Coordinates outbound shipping, inbound receiving, staging of products, and all related documentation.
• Remains in tune with production levels to adjust trucks inbound/outbound to manage warehouse capacity and to mitigate TONU charges and wait times.
• Ensures clear communication between carriers and Brunswick to maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Assists planning team with managing inventory levels.
• Maintains excellent working relationships with teamwork and internal departments, external customers, and suppliers.
• Updates team on daily issues and fosters an environment of continuous improvement.
• Report to your immediate manager any situation that can attempt against Health & Safety, Food Safety and any other policies, certifications, or regulatory compliances Brunswick Bierworks adheres to.
• Performs any other duties, as assigned, or needed.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a warehouse manufacturing environment, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Valid forklift operator license (Counterbalance) from a recognized training provider, is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to stand/walk for on production floor for duration of shift.
