Job Description Are you a driven and competitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Do you have experience in lead generation and account qualification. If so, we want you to join our team as a Salesforce Sales Development Representative.

As a Salesforce Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a pipeline of qualified leads. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, and you will use your excellent communication skills to build rapport and gather information about their needs and pain points. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and passed on for further follow-up.

Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce and other sales tools Conduct research on potential customers to gather information about their business and needs Engage with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media to build rapport and gather information Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all opportunities are properly qualified and passed on for further follow-up Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead-generation efforts and campaigns Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer needs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or sales development Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-driven and able to meet or exceed performance metrics We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
