Mars Petcare Digitalization at Scale is a strategic enabler driving the transformation of the pet ownership experience.
    As a strategic enabler of Petcare Digitalization at Scale, the GDP Platforms Team provides the foundational technical infrastructure and solutions that power our global digital products.Salesforce plays a pivotal role in this transformation, serving as one of our core platforms for delivering connected, data-driven, and personalized pet owner experiences.We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager - Core Platform to join the GDP Platforms Team, focusing on the Salesforce Core ecosystem - including Sales, Service, and Loyalty capabilities.The role operates globally by partnering with other Mars Petcare GDP teams such as Product Development, Engineering, DevOps, Integration, etc., as well as must operate across organizations and functions such as Security, Privacy, Legal, Infrastructure, Operations and Architecture.The role requires both a hands-on Salesforce technologist and an experienced leader who can bridge business needs with technical excellence, ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs.Requirements / Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty), covering architecture, delivery, and platform ownership.
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core org capabilities, including configuration, automation, integrations, data modeling, and environment management.
    • Strong Salesforce admin and platform governance expertise, complemented by a proactive mindset, drive, and excellent communication skills.
    • Proven experience managing multi-org, multi-market Salesforce environments at scale.
    • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, with demonstrated experience managing backlogs, projects, and collaboration across cross-functional and global teams.
    • Proven ability to lead internal and external technical teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with enterprise standards.
    • Experience with other Salesforce technologies (e.g., Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, or Agentforce) is a strong plus.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
