We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX and lead key supply chain, procurement, vendor management, and material control activities supporting our aerospace programs.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000, depending on experience
Annual Bonus: 10% target
PTO: Paid Time Off

Requirements:

 The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy. These will include optimizing our supply chain operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. . The Supply Chain Manager will represent the Company and its values and will ensure that the expectations of the Company’s customers are exceeded  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Serves as a key contributor resource on project bid development and bid refreshment activities.
  2. Responsible for negotiating price, terms and delivery strategies with all vendors.
  3. Responsible for managing 3PL relationships and shipping & receiving activities.
  4. Responsible for maintaining accurate material & vendor master data in CETEC.
  5. Responsible for the timely execution of procurement activites to include alternate sourcing recommendations that improve price, delivery or reduce vendor complexity.
  6. Responsible for material control activities to include material issuance in support of project schedules.
  7. Reports weekly on SCM metrics such as inventory turns, DPO, etc.
  8. Works closely with program management and planning to create and manage favorable project spend profiles.
  9. Identify procurement risks to project schedules and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Works closely with Engineering and Program Management to delivery contract compliant materials.

  2. Aerospace, medical or automotive procurement experience highly preferred.
  3. More than 7 years of leading Supply Chain rganizations
  4. CPSM, CPIM, PMP or APICS certification, highly preferred.
  5. Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Proficient user of an ERP systems, CETEC preferred.
  7. Strong background working in AS9100 and/or NADCAP environments.

Work Environment Requirements:

  1. Full-Time Position.
  2. Minimal travel required. 
  3. Office, Shop Floor & Warehouse environment.
