This position is onsite with conditional hybrid options. The Procurement Analyst provides critical support to the Procurement and Contract Teams across a variety of initiatives, including supplier onboarding, purchase order administration, database management, and the maintenance of supplier records, contracts, and certifications in accordance with CBRE policies and client requirements.
As a CBRE Procurement Analyst, you will onboard new suppliers, maintain vendor records, and develop, analyze, and distribute reports related to supplier sourcing, contracting, performance, and vendor management activities. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client teams, helping ensure efficient procurement operations, supplier compliance, and data integrity. This is an entry-to-mid level opportunity - full training will be provided on client-specific systems, contracts, and processes.
What You'll Do
  • Facilitate supplier onboarding and risk assessments using the GMRS and Achilles platforms, including collecting required documentation, providing platform support, tracking progress, and coordinating vendor compliance activities such as licensing and insurance certificates.
  • Maintain supplier records, vendor databases, purchase order trackers, contract repositories, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on supplier performance using established processes, systems, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize procurement and supplier data in Excel and Smartsheet, developing reports that provide actionable insights and highlight business impacts, trends, and forecasting opportunities.
  • Research suppliers and obtain pricing information based on business requirements, specifications, and corporate purchasing needs.
  • Resolve escalated supplier payment issues, including bank information updates, portal inquiries, and supplier record updates, while providing responsive support to vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as backup support to the finance team, including training analysts on purchase order creation and invoice processing.
  • Support contract administration activities, including drafting, reviewing, renewing, and amending supplier and service agreements and scopes of work in coordination with Procurement, account leadership, suppliers, and client representatives.
  • Provide administrative and customer support, including data entry, scheduling meetings, facilitating communications, and responding to stakeholder requests.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, service delivery, and compliance with procurement processes and contractual requirements.
  • Apply foundational procurement, vendor management, and business principles while adhering to established procedures and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Smartsheet, or similar), including the ability to filter, sort, and organize data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen, inquisitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to candidates from any procurement background (IFM or otherwise) as well as finance backgrounds - full training on client-specific systems and processes will be provided.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make sound judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.
