    What You'll Do:
    • Be the first point of contact for our awesome customers - answering questions, solving issues, and generally being awesome.
    • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and maybe even a friendly face-to-face chat.
    • Collaborate with your team to conquer any customer challenges that come your way.
    • Keep things organized by accurately documenting customer interactions.
    • Help train and welcome new team members - spread the customer service love!

    • We understand that life doesn't always fit a 9-to-5 schedule. That's why we offer flexible shifts with fantastic perks!
    • Early Bird: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour
    • Afternoon Delight: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + an 8% shift differential
    • Night Owl: 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (8 hours) - Earn $17.75/hour + a 10% shift differential
