    Job description

    Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service? We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming Overnight Customer Service Coordinator opportunities in Greenville, TX and want to connect with candidates interested in third-shift positions.
    While these openings are anticipated over the coming weeks, we're proactively identifying qualified candidates who are interested in overnight schedules and ready for future opportunities.
    What You'll Do
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly support.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Support process improvements and help identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with onboarding and training activities as needed.
    Available Schedules
    We anticipate hiring for 2-3 overnight positions with varying schedules.
    Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM CST
    Weekend availability is required for all positions.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous customer service, administrative, coordination, or call center experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends.
