Job Description

Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the clients of our CPA firm.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Prepare bank reconciliations
Prepare payroll, sales, property tax reports
Prepare monthly financial statements using software including Quickbooks etc

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or other related fields
Fundamental use of computerized bookkeeping software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Company Description

We are a established local CPA firm with a large established client base. We have 12 employees, We do tax preparation, business consulting and financial statements (i.e. compilation, reviews, and audits). We have need for bookkeepers/accountants to support our CPA staff and we can provide a very good career path.
