Commercial Lender

Austin, TX market

ISC’s team of Banking Recruiters is partnering with a well-established Bank with a strong presence in the greater Austin, TX market. They have been extremely successful in serving the region through high-touch relationship banking, strong financial position, and community commitment.

Due to substantial growth, we are seeking candidates with a strong Commercial Banking background and experience in CRE lending for this opportunity. Exceptional bank and growth potential!

Commercial Lender – Do you have the following:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance
5+ years Commercial Lending Experience
Strong knowledge of Commercial Loans, including processing and closing process
Strong credit analysis knowledge and a clear understanding of how to structure a deal
Solid Business Development skills, with a strong COI in the market

Commercial Lender – If you qualify for this opportunity, the Bank offers:

· Base salary of $100-200k plus bonus (Depending on exp)

Austin, TX Commercial Lender – Here’s the basics:

Maintain and grow commercial client relationships
Build relationships with the existing client base to maintain a strong referral pipeline
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the local market
Participate in business events for networking opportunities
Develop and deliver top notch commercial loan services to customers
Meet with and interview loan applicants to understand their businesses, needs, abilities, and earnings to determine whether the loan would be an acceptable risk
Provide your clients with appropriate and profitable financial solutions to their current and changing financial needs
Conclude and decide on loans and terms within established lending limits and making appropriate recommendations
Review and monitor current loans and credit lines to ensure compliance with terms
Oversee and provide direction to Credit Analysts in the development and analysis of financial background data for new or renewed loans – may perform credit analyst functions on occasion
