About Us Insta-Credit Auto Mart is a long standing volume automotive dealership in Illinois and St Louis Metro Area. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or... no-show Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management Utilize CRM tracking system daily Qualifications Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required Ambitious and goal oriented Previous call center experience is a huge plus Phenomenal teammate Prompt and courteous Hardworking and Enthusiastic personality Possess strong computer skills Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and valid driver license Insta-Credit Auto Mart is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
