Associate/Analyst, Healthcare Payer & Provider Services

Embedded Healthcare is seeking an Associate for its Client Services Team. This team is responsible for designing, launching, and delivering client projects and deliverables.  The team works directly with researchers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to translate research into actionable strategies and designs for major payers and provider clients:

Associate’s core responsibilities include:

• Manage development of core deliverables, data analysis, and other key components of project work
• Support project management and milestone tracking
• Maintain highest quality execution of client deliverables on behalf of team
• Serve as liaison between other EHC, UPenn, and client
• Support all other day-to-day project needs
• Help shape company culture and growth strategy

The Associate will report directly to the Director of Client Services.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for the role will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in client services at a health care management consulting firm or product company
• Bachelor’s degree from a top college or university; MBA, MPH, MHA or other relevant grad degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work products, including data analysis, strategy development, operations or process improvement, etc.
• Excellent project management, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Passion for improving health care a must; you will get to work alongside some of the country’s leading health care experts.
