Job DescriptionWorkforce Solutions Borderplex is one of 28 public workforce development boards in Texas serving the six-county Borderplex region. We are a non-profit opportunity incubator, personalizing the career path and connecting the right people to the right positions. SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEEnsure successful implementation events by providing hands-on support and helping with day-of activities effectively. Create a welcoming and positive environment for individuals, addressing their needs and ensuring they feel valued and engaged throughout the event. Serve as a point of contact for participants, delivering clear instructions and timely information to enhance event flow and participant satisfaction. Collaborate closely with the Volunteer Events Coordinator to facilitate smooth operations, from setup to cleanup, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
