Job Description
Addison Group is hiring an Meeting & Events Coordinator for our client. This position will support employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives, coordinate internal programs and events, and assist with communications, presentations, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee culture, engagement, and organizational initiatives.
  • Track program activities and help evaluate the success and overall impact of employee engagement efforts.
  • Develop, organize, and distribute communications related to employee programs, activities, and events.
  • Partner with internal knowledge management resources to develop, organize, and update program materials and documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including preparation, on-site support, and post-event breakdown.
  • Develop engaging presentations and visual materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation or design platforms.
  • Help organize and deliver program activities, including preparing speakers, coordinating content, and facilitating interactive sessions.
  • Serve as a central resource for employee resource groups, assisting with communications, planning, program development, and organizational documentation.
  • Manage competing assignments effectively while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the organizational culture leadership team as assigned.
  • Visit additional office locations periodically to support programs and events as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and similar workplace productivity applications.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software, platforms, and technology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and teams.
