Job Summary:
Are you someone who loves helping others, staying organized, and creating a warm, professional first impression? We're looking for a Receptionist who brings positivity, confidence, and exceptional service to every interaction.
What You'll Do:Greet visitors, residents, families, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, paperwork, and inquiries
Support various departments with clerical tasks (filing, scanning, scheduling)
Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized reception area
Deliver excellent customer service while protecting confidentiality
Assist with communication, announcements, and daily administrative needs
What we are looking for:
- Minimum one year receptionist or customer service experience combined with one year general office experience
- High School Diploma or GED
