Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience
- Fine dining experience
- Experience in and passion for a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Resume and proven experience
- Barista Experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and efficiencies
- Proven track record of delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Strong leadership skills that create a collaborative, effective, and positive work environment for staff and other managers
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Oversight to ensure the front and back of the house are organized, stocked, and clean
- Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations
- Troubleshoot and do due diligence to avoid issues and work quickly to solve any issues and obstacles
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Computer literacy
- Able to control the payroll budget is a must
- Able to make the schedule is a must
- Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus
