- Maintain close alignment between technical delivery, business value, and system performance across all project stages.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a strong focus on Inventory Management and related modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 data structures, architecture, and integration touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management processes and their impact across supply chain functions.
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, API integrations, and interface design between Oracle and external systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Demonstrated 'get-it-done' mindset — comfortable engaging directly in technical discussions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring project momentum.
Preferred:
- Experience with process automation and system performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and backlog management using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional technical and functional teams in enterprise-scale environments.
