Duties:
- Interacts with guests making them feel welcome and comfortable, and maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Takes beverage and food orders, deliver orders to tables, and cash out guests.
- Must be able to maintain a minimum of 4-6 tables at one time.
- Maintains a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items, including feature items.
- Maintains an organized and clean station and dining room as well as replenishes dining room items as assigned.
- Cash handling skills
- Knowledge of basic alcohol beverage and food service.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
