You are a multi-talented team player, adept in both food preparation and guest service. The Role
As a Food Handler/Server, you play a dual role in our team. Primarily, you'll be responsible for heating and preparing high-quality food in our kitchen, focusing on presentation and safety. Additionally, you'll engage directly with customers as a server and cashier, providing top-notch service at the bar and tableside.
Key Responsibilities

  • Food Handling and Presentation: Skillfully prepare and serve food orders, prioritizing quality, visual appeal, and safety to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Kitchen Operations and Safety: Adhere to the kitchen checklist, ensuring a clean and safe environment while diligently monitoring kitchen equipment and maintaining safety standards.

  • Direct Customer Interaction: Engage with customers while serving as a cashier and server, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide knowledgeable recommendations and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Session Support: Contribute to the session's success by greeting customers, assisting with their needs, and maintaining the studio's readiness for sessions.

Shift Requirements

  • Part-time availability, averaging 15-25 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

  • Regular evening and weekend availability is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Agility and stamina to move throughout the studio quickly and safely, including tight spaces and on raised surfaces (i.e. stage).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that involve music and large groups.
