Job description

The Food Server plays an essential role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience by efficiently taking orders, serving food, and maintaining positive customer interactions. Reporting directly to the Floor Manager, this position operates within a single restaurant environment that includes both indoor and outdoor seating areas. The Food Server contributes to a smooth workflow by adhering to health and safety standards and collaborating effectively with the team during weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Take and accurately relay customer food orders
  • Serve food promptly and courteously to customers
  • Engage positively with customers to enhance satisfaction
  • Handle payment transactions responsibly
