Restaurant Manager

You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. Your high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!

Your 3 -5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Management experience required * Previous experience in fast food required * Early morning availability required * Results driven * P&L Management * Control cost centers for food, paper, labor * High standards of food safety * Servsafe Manager Certification required * Able to lift up to 50 pounds * Able to bend, twist, reach overhead, below waste and knees * Able to perform repetitive motion activities, as well as stand in one place for periods of time * Able to tolerate short term exposure to temperatures between 0-40F, while counting, rotating and receiving inventory * Able to communicate through headset/over speaker to guests in drive thru * Able to perform daily managerial tasks including leading teams, managing financial aspects of business, performing tasks required to operate * Able to teach, train and develop others
