Northwest Cancer Centers is the most advanced oncology group in Northwest Indiana. Our Gynecologic Oncology team offers an integrative approach to the diagnosis, treatment and surgical management of women cancers. We believe that long-term care after cancer treatment is as important as your current treatment.
Scope:
Northwest Cancer Centers is seeking a dynamic Finance Director/Controller with a primary focus on financial planning, analytics, and strategic decision support. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights, driving business growth, and partnering with senior management and physician leaders. The successful candidate will champion FP&A initiatives, lead financial operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This position is responsible for controllership including the preparation and management of the division’s financial statements, budgets, and forecasts with the aid of Accounting & Finance Operations staff. These duties supporting Northwest Cancer Centers would occupy approximately 75% of this position’s time.
In addition to supporting Northwest Cancer Centers, this position will also support a smaller oncology practice in the geographic region. This other practice can be serviced remotely. The duties supporting this practice will occupy approximately 25% of this position’s time.
