Position Summary:

Job Duties:

The General Manager for the Coliseum restaurant is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant and grill serving the pool.
Responsible for making sure all supplies are available for food preparation and service.
Ensures that the highest level of customer service is maintained.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

College degree in a related field preferred.
Three to Five (3-5) years restaurant management experience,
preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
Thorough knowledge of all health and labor regulations related to restaurant operation.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide employees toward goal achievement.
Strong analytical, organizational, management and computer skills.
