SummaryThis administrative role at our manufacturing company as Parts Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and organization of maintenance and production parts within a food manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting the maintenance department but ensure they have the correct parts available when needed.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 3:30pmPay: $21-26 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:Manage inventory of maintenance and production parts to support food manufacturing operations.
Monitor usage, reorder points, and lead times to maintain proper stock levels.
Source, receive, inspect, and catalog parts from approved vendors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and auditready storeroom in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
Qualifications:Must have a basic understanding of ERP platforms
Experience in parts inventory, purchasing, maintenance support, or materials management, is helpful
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work crossfunctionally with maintenance, production, and quality teams.
