Job SummaryThe Facilities Clerk is responsible for distributing and delivering packages and interoffice mail efficiently, tracking mail logs, and maintaining inventory levels of office and kitchen supplies. This role involves generating inventory reports, coordinating supply orders with Facilities, and assisting with various projects as needed. Additionally, the Facilities Clerk conducts maintenance checks on company vehicles, manages outgoing mail, and follows a systemized delivery route to optimize package distribution within the company.
This position is required to report into the SHI office location in Fort Worth, TX as determined by SHI management.

Role Description

  • Distribute and deliver packages and interoffice mail efficiently across departments and locations.

  • Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail logs, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Restock and maintain inventory levels of office and kitchen supplies companywide.

  • Generate and oversee weekly and bi-weekly inventory reports.

  • Coordinate with Facilities to place supply orders and maintain inventory.

  • Assist Facilities and other departments with various projects as needed.

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles and maintain vehicle logs.

  • Report any vehicle issues or concerns to Facilities promptly.

  • Collect and manage outgoing mail from all departments.

  • Follow a systemized delivery route to optimize package distribution within the company.

  • Assistwith setting up catering for various events

  • Cover front desk,if needed

  • Assistbuilding engineer, as needed.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
