Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Engineering Clerk to support our engineering team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering projects and is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and organizational skills to make a lasting impact in the industry.
Engineering Clerk Responsibilities & Duties, included but not limited to:
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering project documentation and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems & processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to see clearly with eyes to operate a computer and handle written communication via email and other items
  • Ability to hear audibly with ears to communicate conversations via telephone and in person
