Job description

Provides staff support and data input for Maintenance Director, Director of Facilities, Engineering & Safety, and Security and other related functions. Maintains and operates the Maintenance work order program. Also maintains purchasing records, equipment and construction records, training records, blueprint files, meeting minutes, vendor and contractor data banks, and correspondence, certificate of liability records, maintenance service contracts, documentation related to architectural and engineering consultants.

Education/Certification:

Associate Degree preferred, Minimum high school graduate.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of pervious experience with an emphasis in clerical/secretarial duties preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
