Job description

Engineering Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Engineering Office Administrator to join our Engineering team at the corporate headquarters in Bells, TN. This position provides support to the Engineering Department for successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure project accounting system is accurate and kept up-to-date
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date archive of department project work
  • Assist Engineering Department staff with support tasks
  • React to change productively and handle other essential tasks assigned
  • Perform all other duties appropriate to the position as requested by the supervisor
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience as an Engineering Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Skilled in the use of computer applications. High proficiency using Excel, Word, Power Point and Access
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in detail work while responding to work related interruptions
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of college
  • Experience using Adobe and Photo Management products is a plus
  • Basic AutoCAD skills are a plus
