Social events (mixers, game nights, fitness classes)
Daily/weekly activations (pop-ups, quick-hit experiences)
Coordinate all event logistics from setup to breakdown
Partner with internal teams (café, concierge, facilities, leasing, security)
Be present at events and actively engage with residents
Promote events through flyers, digital screens, and social channels
Create marketing materials using tools like Canva
Track attendance, engagement, and event performance
Manage event budgets and identify revenue-generating opportunities
Source and manage vendors, instructors, and local partners
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years in event planning, hospitality, or community programming
High energy and naturally engaging personality
Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute at a high level
Creative mindset with the ability to design experiences people want to attend
Comfortable working a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Experience working with multiple age groups (families, adults, 55+) preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva
What Sets This Role Apart
You’re not just planning events—you’re building a community
Direct impact on resident retention and overall experience
High-visibility role within a flagship, resort-style property
Opportunity to shape and evolve programming from the ground up
What Success Looks Like
Events are well-attended, engaging, and consistently high quality
Residents feel connected, involved, and excited to participate
Programming evolves based on feedback and participation trends
Club 10 becomes a daily destination—not just an amenity
