Job Description

Olga's Kitchen is part of Michigan-based TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants. Based in Livonia, we employ over 7,000 employees across multiple brands and are looking to grow our TEAM. If you're a pleasant, hard-working individual, we invite you to explore below and apply to become a part of the TEAM.

Serve the freshest and most delicious food & beverages
Provide exceptional guest service
Maintain impeccably clean & safe restaurants

Supervisor Functions:

Assist Managers with recruiting, interviewing and orientating new hires
Train and coach new and existing employees
Ensure that staffing levels are maintained on each shift
Attend weekly meetings with management when applicable
Assist with day to day operations and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to maintain calm presence during stressful situations
High School Diploma or GED preferred
One-Two years of previous restaurant supervision
