Kitchen Assistant

Teak House Restaurant in Daphne, AL is looking for one kitchen assistant to join our team. We are located on 1703 Us Hwy 98. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Mopping and sweeping the kitchen
• Taking out the garbage and replacing garbage bags
• Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen utensils
• Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks
• Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task efficiently
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
• Ability to use common kitchen equipment and appliances safely
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
