TSMC Arizona is looking for an Mechanical Design Engineer to join our F21 FAB project located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. As a Mechanical Design Engineer for NFDD you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values - Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
  • Participate in the design of the new fab Mechanical (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement) systems.
  • Must have strong skills in cross-departmental communication, coordination, and problem solving.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement innovative technologies.
  • Overcome challenges from new manufacturing process and promote a sustainable environment.
  • Designing new Fabs in compliance with local code / regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
  • Mechanical PE qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Chemical Engineering (HVAC/Clean room/Air abatement).
  • More than 1 year of related design experience in Mechanical systems preferably in the semiconductor industry or other related industry.
  • Familiar with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/AutoCAD software .
